Order Policy

Order have to be minimum of 3 days prior to day/ pickup date.

Pickup Policy

User are strictly to follow the agreed pickup time during the order. We will not responsible of any changes of the pickup time which result on non compliance of the service.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will be done by using 3rd party instant delivery service such as Lalamove and Mr Speedy. Customer will have standby on phone during the delivery time. We are not responsible of undelivered item in the event of the customer are not able to be reached. Delivery shall be done within more or less of 1 hour from the date agreed during the order.
